Dominic Jay holds an Executive Diploma in Strategic Marketing Management from West College Scotland, Paisley, Scotland. He is an HRD Corp Certified Trainer (TTT/11182) and an approved Trainer to conduct HRD Corp’s Train-The-Trainer (TTT) Certification Program. He is also an International Accredited Trainer to conduct certification courses for IABFM, (International Academy of Business and Financial Management) a professional body and regulatory organization with members and chapters in over 145 countries worldwide.

Previously he was in the banking industry for over 18 years, attached to various departments. His last position as an Assistant Service & Operations Manager has him in charge and overseeing the area of customer service, bank service counters/tellers, and self-service terminals. Already 8 years in the training industry now, Dominic has conducted numerous training sessions for the corporate sectors in hospitality, manufacturing, transportation, and other services industries. He is also one of the appointed trainers to The Leadership Institute for Sarawak Civil Service (LISCS) to conduct programs and train the State’s Civil Servants ranging from Clericals and Officers of numerous grades, up to Assistant Directors and Deputy Directors.
